1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bk9 website and all associated services offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bk9, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bk9 wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. bk9 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal Rules

In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general conditions, the specific terms of the offer prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus offer, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money gameplay; bonus funds may contribute to the rollover at the rate specified by the game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed, while live casino games contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific offer.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bk9 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. bk9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold all funds in that account pending investigation, and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Specifically Prohibited Activities

The following are examples of prohibited conduct — this list is illustrative, not exhaustive:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in live poker games or coordinating bets to guarantee mutual wins.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing errors on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where bk9 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, bk9 may take one or more of the following actions: immediately suspend the account pending investigation; permanently close the account; withhold and/or void any pending withdrawals or balances; recover any winnings derived from the prohibited conduct from the player's account balance; and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

bk9's determination of prohibited conduct is final. Players who believe an account action has been taken in error may contact bk9 support to request a review. bk9 will conduct a fair review and communicate its findings in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bk9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform without express written permission from bk9.

Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the bk9 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Mic rogaming, and PG Soft. The intellectual property in those games belongs to their respective studios. bk9 is a distributor of those games and does not claim ownership of any third-party game content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content on it. bk9's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Security and Privacy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk9 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bk9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

Password and Credential Security

bk9 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel.
